When you need it. When heating fails completely, boiler won't ignite, radiators stay cold, pressure drops, or water leaks from the unit.

Before you get in touch. Note the boiler model and age. Check if the pilot light is on. Look for error codes on the display.

Locating the source of the leak, isolating the affected pipe or joint, stopping the flow of water, drying affected areas, and making a permanent repair to the damaged section.

When you need it. When water sprays from a pipe, drips appear in ceilings or walls, or water pools under sinks or in cupboards.

Before you get in touch. Turn off the water at the main stopcock. Put down towels to contain the leak. Photograph the damage.

Identifying the blockage location using rods or CCTV camera, breaking down the obstruction mechanically or chemically, flushing the drain clear, and testing flow to confirm it works.

When you need it. When water drains slowly from sinks or baths, toilets do not flush properly, or foul smells come from drains.

Before you get in touch. Note which drains are affected. Remove any visible debris. Check if there have been recent works in the garden.

When you need it. When upgrading to a new system, replacing an old boiler, installing heating in an extension, or commissioning a new build.

Before you get in touch. Measure rooms for radiator sizes. Know the property age and current fuel type. Have floor plans available.

When you need it. When planning a bathroom renovation, replacing worn fittings, upgrading to a modern suite, or installing an ensuite.

Before you get in touch. Have product choices or samples ready. Check existing pipework location. Measure the space accurately. Plan access.

Repair or replacement of taps, valves, pipes, and joints; installation of new pipework for appliances; fixing leaks; renewing washers and seals; and testing connections.

When you need it. When taps drip constantly, pipes rattle, connections come loose, or new appliances need connecting to water supply.
